Great staff, they made my day!!
The venue was well appointed, I loved the location short walk to Warwick the charming witty host, the town center and common areas, and garden views. The standard twin room I booked was stunning. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, I also had an electric kettle, central heating, and cable TV with on-demand films. The location was perfect and excellent and very close to the town centre, lovely base for a wedding ceremony.

This hotel is a delightful find! The attention to detail and the true caring nature of the host make it exceptional. The historic property is filled with quality antiques and artwork, creating a lovely atmosphere. The rooms on the ground floor in their own separate part of the house are spotlessly clean and offer ample breakfast. The attractively arranged fruit and homemade treats at breakfast are a treat.
Nothing to improve, everything was top-notch!

The location of this historic hotel was ideal, as it allowed us to easily explore the city center and its surroundings. the hotel's antique collection was very interesting and captivating, offering visitors a glimpse into another era. The character of the room was also unique and charming, with easy access to the beautiful garden.
Sadly, the hotel was undergoing some construction work which detracted from the overall appearance of the city. while the room was generally clean, it could have been dusted more thoroughly.

We recently stayed in an impeccably decorated historical house in a quiet location close to the town center. the comfortable beds were covered with beautiful beddings and towels. the owner provided homemade biscuits, slice, and tea in a welcoming communal area. the continental breakfast was simple but delicious and perfectly complemented by the music playing in the dining room. the free and fast WiFi connection was a definite plus.
The house is not wheelchair accessible, and several stairs need to be climbed to reach the rooms, which may create difficulties for some guests.

I loved the unique style of accommodation at Grenfell Hall. The Chapel room I stayed in was spacious and had private facilities. The host, Warwick, was cute and I enjoyed exploring his beautiful home filled with fascinating objects from bygone times. The lounge area and dining room were also lovely spaces. The continental breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of food to choose from. Despite the drought, the garden still looked good. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend Grenfell Hall to others.

Delicious breakfast, comfortable beds
I stayed at a hotel over Thanksgiving and while the breakfast was delicious and the beds were comfortable, there were a few things that I didn't like. The location was not ideal, and it was a bit noisy at night. Additionally, the decor was outdated and not to my taste. it was an okay stay but I probably wouldn't stay there again.
